Commercial
The bulk of our experience in commercial projects come from hospitality businesses such as restaurants, bars, hotels, and salons. We often work alongside property management companies to regularly maintain buildings and perform emergency structural repairs.
Residential
We have completed projects ranging from renovating kitchens and washrooms, full gut, lane way house additions, new builds, stairwell relocation, and more. We can take care of the project management or work with your chosen project manager. Emergency structural repairs of homes are one of our specialties.
Structural
We love structural projects. Our services include: load bearing wall removal, built up beam installation, column and post installation for point loads with footings, steel beam installation, on site welding, and more. We have close working relationships with structural engineering firms that can quickly and efficiently assess emergency structural issues.
